I worked extensively with the client on the brand, graphics and iconography before moving on to the website design. There was also several rounds of interviews with stakeholders to gain an important insight into the products and client base.
There was a real need to make the site more understandable from a customers perspective as to exactly what the products are. There are very specific scenarios for the sensors to be used in and very measurable benefits from being used.
We put a lot of thought into the new structure of the site to make the pathways to information more obvious. Descriptive headings were used to better signpost sections of interest and sharp iconography was created to create the visual language.
